Just fifteen anglers turned out at Kingswood underlining the lakes tough reputation when it comes to match returns.  However on the day “plastic fantastic” Bob Harris returned a very creditable 33lb 6oz to secure victory. Drawn on favoured beach peg 30 ,Bob got to work with method feeder fished at 40m. Catching 2 early Skimmers then nothing for an hour before eventually getting a visit from a Bream.The former match secretary finished with 9 quality fish and 4 Skimmers to seal the win. Second spot went to Pete Jones who netted half a dozen decent Bream for 19lb 14oz. Pete also opted for method feeder this time fished at 55m on peg 47.
