Twenty four Anglers turned out at a very sunny Kingswood, for what turned out to be a testing match for some.  On the day it was Preston Rep , Danny Carter who gave a master class of shallow fishing for Roach to blow the rest of the field away. Drawn on peg 46 he got off to a flying start fishing pole at 13m and never looked back as he put together a cracking 35lb 11oz of mainly red fins for a comfortable victory. Streetlys Mark Greening took 2nd place with 14lb 9oz of Roach also shallow, but this time the waggler was the tool of choice at peg 3 on the car park bank. Also drawn on the car park bank, Pete Jones completed the frame with 13lb 15oz from peg 12 and again waggler shallow was the way forward.
