Thirty one Anglers turned out for Saturdays match and it was Telfords Paul Bucknall who took the spoils. Drawn on peg 80 he made no mistake despite interruptions from Carp . The method feeder fished long accounted for his impressive 49lb 6oz winning haul. Bob Harris secured second spot from form peg 54 on the point with a creditable 32lb  plastics largely Skimmer net were taken on method feeder fished on 2 lines. Bob Allatt completed the frame with 29lb 15oz from peg 8 and again it was method feeder tactics that did the trick.
