Sport slowed slightly for Saturdays encounter, however more than 30lb was required to get in the top two.Going head to head on pegs 80 and 79 respectively were Martin Cartridge and Chris Brown and it was the Nottingham veteran who took the spoils. Chris fished his favoured method feeder tactics at 40m to take plenty of nice Skimmers for 36lb 11oz.  Martin also opted for method feeder but this time fished at distance towards the wall .The result was several quality Bream and Skimmers for 36lb  4oz. Finishing in joint 3rd were Dennis Kneller and Brian Ashley with 26lb 10oz from pegs 5 and 48 respectively.
