Another sell out for Saturdays match and little wonder as the reservoir continues to establish itself as one of the best natural silver fish venues in the country . This is underlined by the fact that any section of the lake can produce the top weight at this moment in time. Jordan Hall returned after a few months off and it was business as usual, drawing little fancied peg 40 he put in a Stella performance to net 50lb 15oz of mainly Skimmers all caught on the pole fished up and down in the water at 13m. Dave  “The Envelope ” Ridgeway came a close 2nd with arguably the catch of the day with an awesome Roach haul of 50lb 12oz all taken on pole fished maggots and caster from peg 16. Dave Nicholls secured 3rd place with 36lb from peg 6 , cage feeder fished short did the trick as he caught steadily throughout the match. Salop veteran Brian Ashley completed the frame with a creditable 31lb 13oz with only ounces to spare between himself and the next 3 anglers.  Again feeder fished short did the trick.

The section weights were fairly impressive too.
