A low turnout of 14 anglers took part at a sun drenched Kingswood lake. With the conditions being less than ideal a tough affair was anticipated and so it turned out for half of the field . Nev Bailey snr took top spot on the day with 19lb 3oz . Drawing peg 30 which he quite fancied due to what little breeze there was happened to be blowing into that bank, he got to work on method feeder . Five early fish confirmed his thoughts as he went on to finish up with 2 Bream and a dozen Skimmers. Bob Harris took second spot from peg 28 with a bag of Skimmers and Roach for 15lb 13oz. Opting to fish Method feeder at 45 he also managed some early fish to set the scene for the rest of his match.
